Attorney Hải Đức Trần is currently the managing partner of TDL International Law Firm, APLC in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.  He is currently located in the Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam office and handles the firm’s civil and criminal litigation, including, but not limited to, property dispute, business and commercial, criminal defense and prosecution, domestic and international business, and other smaller disputes.

He is intricately involved with the business, legal, and academic communities in Ho Chi Minh City, as well as other parts of Vietnam.  He has litigated cases in Ca Mau, Binh Duong, Ha Noi, and many other provinces throughout Vietnam, and is well-known and respected for his ability to persuade the judge at all levels.

In addition to his legal work, Mr. Trần provides pro bono legal services, which includes a monthly four-hour pro bono clinic for indigent persons and serves as an attorney to the Minh Tam Non-Profit Organization.  From these civil and philanthropic endeavours, he has been interviewed in many widely-circulated publications, such as Tuổi Trẻ, Thanh Niên, Công An, Pháp Luật, and other Vietnamese newspapers and magazines.

Mr. Trần also serves on the advisory board for Dynasty Investments – a commercial real estate development firm responsible for many projects globally.
